JP Morgan managing director Kierin Deeming has listed his oceanfront home with a $9m price guide as his sales agent records a bumper $32m in sales over January.

Leading agent Alexander Phillips of PPD was silent on the owner of 2 Cliffbrook Parade, which hit realestate.com.au yesterday and goes to auction on March 11.

Though title records show the seven-bedroom residence with incredible views over Gordons Bay is in the name of Deeming and his wife, Justine Hall.

The huge freestanding home on a 492sqm dual-access block has views over all three levels.

It’s one of just a handful of homes with direct access to the coastal walk to Bronte and Bondi and is described as a “once-in-a-generation” opportunity.

The property is full of natural light and has views over Wedding Cake Island all the way to the Maroubra headland.

It’s currently a 1960s-style home, similar to when it last traded. Records show the couple bought it in 2019 for $6.01m with council-approved plans to build a new home with pool.

This month, Phillips has already sold a home at 466 Bronte Rd, Bronte, which records show is owned by Jonathon Powell and Tamare Allman, for about $6.6m.

The couple had bought the home for just $5.48m in March 2020.

Phillips sold 11 houses over January for close to $32m, his highest number of sales ever for the month.

Attendance at open homes was up 75 per cent compared with the last three months of 2022, he says.
