There’s a new A-lister buying into the star-studded enclave of Montecito.
Jennifer Aniston has joined Ariana Grande, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Ellen DeGeneres and Rob Lowe, shelling out $14.8m (A$22m) on Oprah Winfrey’s pad.
The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Tuscan-style farmhouse sits on 1.03 acres and was just one part of Winfrey’s vast property that she sold to the actor.
Winfrey, 68, sold the other half of the estate, which comprised of two cottages, to her long-time personal trainer and property manager, Bob Greene, for $2.3 million in August, The Post reports.
Spanning just over 400 sqm, the 53-year-old Friends star, who also owns a $20.97m Bel Air mansion, purchased the main residence of the estate under a trust around the same time as well.
Winfrey, the Queen of Daytime TV, quietly purchased the estate in early 2021 for $10.5m, which means she is walking away with a $6.5m profit.
Because the transaction took place in an off-market deal, interior photos of Aniston’s new pad are scarce.

Winfrey still owns a property there, a much larger compound next door to Aniston’s new home.
She acquired that home back in 2012 for $30m. It sits on a whopping 26.7ha and features a 1860 sqm mansion.
Winfrey has referred to the estate as the “Promised Land.”
